No purchase necessary. To enter, entrants must text MAGNERS followed by a space followed by their answer to the entry question in numerical format (e.g. MAGNERS 1) to 64446. Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate. Charges will be deducted from the entrant's available credit time if they are a pre-pay customer or appear on their monthly statement if they are a pay-monthly customer. Please check with the bill payer before sending a text message. Please note that these texts may not be included in all text-inclusive packages. 3. Closing date for entries is 11pm on 17/10/09. 4. One entry per mobile number is available at the WAP site www.mobile.magners.com. In the course of using this WAP site, the user agrees to be located i.e. consents for the mobile operator to release their location data to the location service provider for the provision of this mobile internet service. The accuracy of the service depends on your location and the service provider has the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time. Magners Irish Cider will not charge you to use the services provided on the WAP site. However, you should be aware that the terms of your mobile network operator will continue to apply when accessing the WAP site. Your network provider may charge for both access to its connection services and for the duration of your mobile phone's connection whilst accessing the WAP site. You are responsible for these costs and the costs of any other third party associated accessing the WAP site, You will need to contact your mobile operator or check your contract/tariff details for an explanation of these charges. If you are not a bill payer for the mobile phone you are using, then you will have to get permission from the bill payer before accessing the WAP site. The WAPsite is owned and operated by Wm. The trip must be taken by 31st December 2010. 6. An Official Magners Taste Tester is an honorary role and in no way constitutes a job offer. 7. The winner for the headline prize will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all correct entries received over the promotional period. Winner will be notified by text message and a phone call within 28 days of the closing date. 8. One hourly prize of a Magners Taste Test Kit is available every hour from 11am – 11pm during the promotional period. Entries received outside of these times will be counted along with entries from the next promotional hour. The Magners Taste Test Kit consists of a Magners T-shirt, pint glass and case of 12 x 568ml Magners Cider. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all correct entries received that hour. 9. All winners of the hourly prizes will be notified by text with instructions on how to claim their prize. Prizes must be claimed within 28 days, and will be delivered within a further 28 days. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original. 10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any text messages/WAP entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter's control. Proof of sending a text message/WAP is not proof of receipt of entry. 11. The prizes will be as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. 12.
